These details weren't mentioned or I wouldn't have bothered to book - the details indicated pickup would be from our hotel. More money spent on getting an Uber to the resort. I was told they run back to LAX on the hour but to catch it we had to make our way to Disneyland Resort. To ensure the return transfer wouldn't be a waste of money also, on day of departure I called the company again to say what had happened and wanted this one to go smoothly. We weren't going to waste time waiting so we caught another transfer from another company. There was nothing on the outside of the bus to say it was going to Disneyland, nor did the driver come out to see if anyone was waiting on his bus. Several buses came and went and by the time we realized it was the one it had taken off. When arriving at the correct location for the transfer, I called the tour company to check on it's arrival. We booked this transfer as it's a long way from LAX to Anaheim Disneyland. At the end it will be a better experience and cheaper if we choose a shuttle van since the beginning like previous times. It doesn't help to have some body nice answering the phone, when you don't give the service and the drivers are not helpful and don't see them selfs as the image of the company. You can't trust Disneyland Resort Express to arrive on time to your flight or to take accountability of their actions. Finally we took a private transport that was passing by, and we arrived to our flight just in time. They knew since we called the day before that our flight was at 11AM, and told us to be there at 7:00, we are a family of 4 2 kids under 6, not very easy to be running in the airport. We called again and we were told that the bus was running late and we will need to wait more. We were there and no bus arrived, we called and they said that there was a misunderstanding and the time for the bus was 7:30, a bus pass at 7:30 and went and park to an other stop, I ran to tell him that he missed our stop and he was very rude to me and told me to go to the other stop and wait for an other bus. But from the hotel to LAX, we called one day before and we were told that they will be at the bus stop in front of the hotel at 7.
